Provides housing and case management to twenty-two formerly homeless families with disabilities

• Formerly homeless families with disabilities receive rental subsidies to secure safe, affordable housing.

• WomenRising case managers help families stabilize. They support families in working towards goals that increase stability and well-being.

• Long-term homelessness is traumatic for parents and children. Village of Families builds stronger families and gives children an opportunity to thrive.
