For more than 121 years, WomenRising has empowered women and families throughout Hudson County by providing critical services for survivors of domestic violence, families experiencing homelessness, workforce development, and youth and family programs. Each year, our work impacts more than 11,000 women, men, and children.
Our mission is to assist women and their families to achieve self-sufficiency and live safe, productive and fulfilling lives, through social services, economic development, and advocacy services.
